How these people are even in business is beyond any comprehension. Rude and completely disrespectful. It took me almost 3 1/2 years to clear a debt that wasn’t even mine. Like I said IDIOTS!!
Whatever you do, never ask for mr fox I’ve had to call multiple times and every single time I ask for Mr. Fox or am told I am being transfered to “Mr. Fox” I get multiple male reps that are rude I even had one tell me I was going to be arrested if I didnt pay immediately. It took months of calling back and trying for another rep. And the kicker is the apartment debt wasnt even mine. I mean my God what is wrong with these people. They need a new staff ugh!
Let me share my experience with everyone. I owed a cleaning fee with the original apartment complex. I have been fighting back and forth with ProCollect trying to get a lower settlement like most other debt collectors offer. These reps are insane. The offered a $50 reduction off a $2,000 bill first of all and secondly tried talked me into getting a loan to pay it off. The do not care about consumers at all the bottom line is they are there to make money off of you. I have not given up, I keep calling trying to get a decent rep to get this settlement to pay it off.
