Account was paid and closed in 2017, yet they kept reporting bad debt to the credit bureaus all three of them. It took 5 months of back and forth and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau to get them to take action.

Old debt was paid directly to the apartment complex, then shows up on my credit 4 years later. What in the actual hell is wrong with these people? Even though its resolved now its beyond me that RentDebt does not communicate with their clients.

Dont believe Google reviews, I can bet they are all fake as hell. My experience was beyond horrible, They said I owed over 6 grand, I called the old apartment complex and they had a balance of 1,800 these people are upping the bill to make more money. They need shut down for sure.

Once I paid the debt to Rent Debt Collections I was told that the collections on my credit report would be removed after the account information was updated. After 2 months the information was updated but the tradeline was never removed. After 4 more months they finally removed it from my credit report only after issuing a complaint on the BBB website.
